My name is Ryan, and I created Royal Realms from a genuine desire to help people who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck — people who are simply tired of feeling tired.

I understand that feeling personally.

After leaving school without direction, I joined the Royal Australian Navy and served for 7 years. Since then, I’ve built a career in safety and risk management — working in high-pressure environments where stress, fatigue, and burnout are part of everyday life.

Through that journey, I discovered something powerful — Reiki.

For over 10 years, I’ve practiced and taught Reiki, helping people restore balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.

Today, I combine traditional Reiki healing with modern Bio-Well energy scanning technology.

The Bio-Well scan provides a visual snapshot of your stress and energy levels, allowing us to:

• Identify areas of imbalance

• Track changes before and after your session

• Give you a clearer understanding of how your body responds to stress

This creates a unique experience — blending ancient healing practices with modern insight.
